Block edits of approved deployments, and avoid last-minute surprises

Blue Canvas admins can now explicitly set what should happen if an approved Deployment Requests gets modified by it's author.
Block Edits - This prevents any edits after positive approvals were obtained
Allow Edits, Reset Approvals - This lets developers and admins adjust their deployment, although it will require a re-approval cycle
This capability was requested a number of times by our users so they could keep a better control over the changes that get promoted, and minimize risks at the same time. We hope you'll like it as well! This new setting is available under Settings - Branch Rules editing .
