Bugfixes & Upgrade to 48.0

We're socially distancing ourselves from a few bugs and are upgrading all repos to Spring '20:

  • Fixes the invalid rs: unknown component prepare error, that occurred when creating Deployment Requests after deleting something on the source org.
  • Fixes an issue where long deployment jobs could fail with 403 Forbidden errors.
  • Upgrades all repositories to 48.0.
