Auto-suggest tests, Test suites

Are you a frequent user of specified tests? We have brushed up the selection flow to make it simpler to find and add the right test classes to your deployment:
- We now help you pick tests, by automatically suggesting test classes based on selected files. You can find the suggestions as blue links right below the Specified Tests field.
- The Specified Tests field now offers auto-completion, so you don't have to remember the exact spelling of the test class anymore.
- You can now select Test Suites in the Specified Tests field.
Other improvements and fixes
- Fixes an issue where selecting multiple files at once could cause the Requirements Tab not to load.
