Line-by-line editing to deployment requests

We have added an editor to deployment requests. Previously, you were only able to select a whole file with the checkbox. This causes your file to overwrite the target as-is, which is a problem if other people also made changes to the same file.

You can now use the new Edit action on a file to pick the just the lines you want to deploy, while leaving the rest of the file unchanged. Use the ❮ button to copy blocks of text from right to left. The text on the left is freely editable, which is handy for quick fixes.
