Emitted each time a comment is posted on a deployment request, whether written in the app or posted through the Comments API. Editing or deleting a comment and resolving a thread do not emit it, and neither do the system notes Blue Canvas adds to the discussion itself.

Comment has the same shape as the comments API returns: position is set for inline comments and null for top-level ones, discussionId identifies the thread (replies carry the discussionId of the comment they reply to), and url links to the thread on the deployment request's Discussion tab in the app.

One event is published per comment, so an automation that posts many comments produces as many events. Deployment is the deployment request the comment was posted on, in the same shape as the other deployments/* events.
