Legacy branch syncs

We are currently aiming to disable legacy branch syncs on November 1st, 2024. These pages apply to your tenant if it was created before September 1st, 2024.

This page is a guide to get your tenant's syncs up to date. If you are for some reason unable to upgrade due to company restrictions please reach out to your Blue Canvas owner. If you still need help, reach out to us at [email protected].

Enable NextGen Syncs

Go to the settings page by clicking the profile icon in the top right, and then clicking Settings.

On the right side click on "NextGen Syncs".

You might see the phrase "Coming soon". If so, this means you cannot enable this feature yet. Please contact your account manager.

Now you'll see a page with instructions on how to enable NextGen Syncs. Make sure the checkbox is checked and then click Save.

You'll also find a table that tracks progress and shares additional info. In order for the branch to upgrade, it needs to be un-paused.

When the format of a branch has the value "NextGen", you are using the latest version of our sync process.
